The 1FSD215 is a plug-and-play gate driver developed for high voltage IGBT modules based on the Firstack digital intelligent IGBT gate driver. It supports the operation of up to 3300V IHMTM IGBT power modules 3 in parallel with 15V gate voltage in on-state.
The 1FSD215 features single channel with optical interfaces, and supports multi-level topology.
Firstack intelligent 1FSD215 integrates the temperature sampling protection, which ensures the safety operation of the gate driver and IGBT.
