Three-level Power Stack

FS800 series three-level power stack is designed for low-voltage, medium-small power electronics products that is suitable for 380V AC system and its power capacity is 30'100kW. FS800 adopts the widely-used I/T type three-level modules supplied from Infineon, SEMIKRON and so on. Based on the perfect protection provided by gate driver, thermal design and PCB design, FS800 has the advantages of high reliability, small dimension, convenient installation and maintenance, high performance-price ratio, etc. It can be widely used for APF/SVG, charging station, frequency converter, variable-frequency power source, energy-storage power source, AC/DC power supply and soon.
